The Speed movie is one of the most brilliant action movies ever to be made. The main character of the movie is the character of Officer Jack Traven played by Keanu Reeves who gets on the bus to save the day. Howard Payne actually sets up Jack for this task as the officer had spoilt Paynes last plot. Keanu Reeves comes up with a strong performance and blends into his role really well. Apart from his acting, the stunts he pulls off are just outright brilliant, especially the one where he goes under the fast moving bus to try to get rid of the bomb.
